The next City Council meeting will be a Study Session on January 11th at 4 PM. This session will primarily focus on the Housing Element. The Town will publish this agenda no less than 72 hours before the meeting. When it is published you can view the agenda by visiting: City Council Agenda

Election News

The City Council certified the election results at the December 21st meeting. Rick DeGolia, Bill Widmer, and Stacy Miles Holland were each sworn in to office. The Council also selected Bill Widmer to serve as Mayor and Diana Hawkins-Manuelian to serve as Vice Mayor for 2023.

Accessory Dwelling Unit Survey

The Town has released a survey to help us structure our ADU Program in support of the Housing Element Update process.

Please take a moment to complete our ADU Survey that will assist the Town in its presentation to the State HCD as part of the 6th Cycle Housing Element process
