The City Council will hold its next Regular Meeting on July 20th, 2022 at 6 PM and a Special Meeting on W July 27th @ 4 PM. the age To view the agendas when they are published visit: City Council Agenda.

Council meetings are being held in-person and virtually in a hybrid format. The public is welcome in person at 80 Fair Oaks Lane, Atherton in the new Council Chambers.

Mayor Rick DeGolia holds weekly office hours on Tuesdays from 12:30 - 1:30 at the Atherton City Hall (80 Fair Oaks Lane)Conference Room 1011 located on the 1st floor near the Postal Service Center. There is no need to check-in with the front desk as doors remain unlocked during the lunch hour of 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. If you need assistance or have questions, please contact the Administration Department at (650) 752-0500.

A.D.A.P.T Emergency Preparedness Tips

The key to riding out and recovering from an earthquake is being prepared. Your child’s school should have a plan for dealing with quakes; so should your office. Be sure that your family plan compliments those. Check through the school to learn the procedures at your child’s school. The school should have disaster supplies on site; some have children bring a supplemental kit from home (energy food bars, canned fruit, juice, teddy bear, flashlight, family photo, and so on). Ask questions about staff training and responsibilities. Know what the plan/policy is on releasing students after a disaster.
