Bicycle Theft

On 7/15/21, at approximately 1232 hours, the Atherton Police Department responded to the report of a bicycle theft on Rosewood Drive. Two suspects on bicycles were involved. FLOCK cameras were utilized to capture photographs and provide descriptions on both of the suspects. The Atherton Police Department located one of the possible suspects at El Camino Real and Oak Grove in Menlo Park, who failed to comply to officer’s commands and fled.  Both suspects remain at large.  The following day, the Atherton Police Department located the stolen bicycle which was returned to its owner.

Suspect 1 was described a Hispanic male wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and a mask.  Suspect 2 was described as a Hispanic male wearing a dark hoodie and a mask.
