3.          APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES FOR THE JULY 21, 2021, MEETING

Report: City Clerk, Anthony Suber 

Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes 

Description: This item will involve a committee review and discussion of the minutes from the July 21, 2021, Environmental Programs Committee 

4.           COMMITTEE AND STAFF REPORTS / COMMENTS 
  1. Update on Leaf Blower Ordinance - Oral Report Only
  2. Update on Reach Codes - Oral Report Only  
  3. Update on Sustainability Website Revisions - Oral Report Only 

5.           RECEIVE A REPORT FROM CALWATER REGARDING WATER CONSERVATION INITIATIVES, PROGRAMS AND GOALS

Report: Dawn Smithson, CalWater District Manager  

Recommendation: Receive a report from District Manager Smithson related to water conservation goals, recommendations, and initiatives from the district.

Description:  This item will be a committee discussion related to water conservation goals and initiatives within Town. 

6.           RECEIVE A REPORT FROM SUSTAINABILITY COORDINATOR REGARDING THE TOWN'S CLIMATE ACTION PLAN AND THE PROGRESS TOWARDS THE 2020 GOALS 

Report: Douglas Kim, Sustainability Coordinator  

Recommendation: Oral Report Only.

Description: This item will involve a staff presentation regarding updates on the Town Climate Action Plan and progress toward the 2020 goals.
