THIS MEETING IS BEING HELD VIRTUALLY


This meeting is compliant with the Governors Executive Order N-08-21 issued on June 11, 2021 allowing for deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act. The purpose of this is to provide the safest environment for staff and the public while allowing for public participation. The meeting will be held by tele or video conferencing. 3.                SELECTION OF COMMITTEE CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR

Report: City Clerk, Anthony Suber 

Recommendation: Oral Report Only. In accordance with the City Council Committees and Commissions Resolution No. 20-26, selection of Chair and Vice Chair.

Description: This item will involve the selection of the Chair and Vice Chair Mayor for fiscal year 2021-22. The term will be for one-year at the decision of the Committee.

Report: Douglas Kim, Sustainability Consultant 

Recommendation: None 

5.               DISCUSSION AND INPUT INTO THE TOWN'S SUSTAINABILITY WEBPAGE  

Report: George Rodericks, City Manager 

Recommendation: Review printed materials. Provide direction and feedback to staff related to content and layout of the Towns Sustainability webpage. 

Description: This item will involve a discussion and feedback to staff on updates for content and layout of the Town’s Sustainability webpage. 

6.               DISCUSSION ON FUTURE PRESENTATIONS BY CALWATER ON DROUGHT MEASURES 

Report: George Rodericks, City Manager 

Recommendation: Oral Report Only.

Description: This item will involve a discussion of a potential future presentation by CalWater to advise and update the Committee on drought measures being taken by the District
