3. CITY COUNCIL GOALS AND GOVERNANCE WORKSHOP - A WORKSHOP TO DISCUSS THE TOWN'S GOALS AND ELEMENTS OF GOOD GOVERNANCE PRESENTATION

Recommendation: Review, discuss and provide feedback
Description: The City Council has 6 Goal Focus Areas - A) Maintaining Fiscal Responsibility; B) Preserving Small Town Character and Quality of Life; C) Create a Town Center/Library; D) Manage Circulation and Improve Safety; E) Strengthen Community Engagement and Transparency; and F) Be a Forward-Thinking, Well-Managed, and Well-Planned Community. The City Council will meet to discuss and provide feedback on the Town’s various goals and priorities for the coming year within each of the Goal Areas. Discussion may include issues such as priority capital projects, the Town Center Project, fundraising for the Town Center Project, Drainage Projects, Transportation and Traffic, Transparency and Citizen Engagement, Housing Needs and Long-Term Housing Solutions, Public Safety and Police Services, Fire Services, Atherton Rail Corridor, Town Finances and Long-Term Debt Obligations.
