4. REVIEW OF THE FY 2021/22 SPECIAL REVENUE, INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
Report: Finance Director, Robert Barron III
Recommendation: Review, discuss, and provide feedback Special Revenue, Internal Service Funds and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for FY 2021/22.
Description: This item is a Study Session on the Town’s 2021/22 Budget. The discussion will include a report on the various Town Special Funds, Internal Service Funds, and the planned Capital Improvement Program(CIP) for FY 2021/22 and the 5-Year plan for other projects.
5. CYBERSECURITY REPORT
Report: City Clerk, Anthony Suber
Recommendation: Receive an informational report on the Town’s cybersecurity protection measures as recommended by the San Mateo County Grand Jury report on ransomware.
Description: This item involves Council receiving information regarding cybersecurity measures that are recommended by the San Mateo County Grand Jury Report regarding the threats of ransomware. Council will discuss and may provide a responsive letter.
