3. DISCUSSION FOR CONSIDERATION IN DEVELOPING A HISTORICAL EVALUATION/PRESERVATION PROGRAM FOR THE PURPOSES OF CONSIDERING MILLS ACT CONTRACTS IN TOWN.
Report: AICP Principal Planner, Stephanie B. Davis
Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council receive a report from staff on the possibility of developing a historical evaluation/preservation program for the purpose of considering Mills Act Contracts in Town, have discussion, and provide direction to staff. Description: This item involves Council review and discussion on the possibility of developing a historical evaluation/preservation program for the purpose of considering Mills Act Contracts in Town.

4. FY 2021/2022 BUDGET KICK-OFF AND OVERVIEW
Report: Finance Director, Robert Barron III
Recommendation: Review and Discuss.
Description: This item involves the first meeting of the FY 2021/22 Budget Kickoff and Overview. Discussion will include a recap of the current fiscal year projected fiscal condition, and preliminary budget discussions. It will also include an overview of major revenue sources, major expenditure categories, and 5-year forecasts. This item will discuss the budget process and policy discussions that could include discussion of General Fund unallocated reserves and the Town Center project.


5. DISCUSSION FOR THE NEXT STEPS ON PUBLIC OUTREACH MEETINGS FOR FIRE SERVICES
Report: City Manager, George Rodericks
Recommendation: None. No staff report will be provided.
Description: This item involves Council discussion and direction regarding the next steps on public outreach meetings for fire services.
