Discussion: The City Manager’s Report includes written reports from the Town’s various Departments. Staff is present to answer any questions the Council may have on the various issues noted in the written Reports. The Council may ask questions and discuss any of the various items.

7. CERTIFICATION OF CONTINUING EMERGENCY AND RATIFICATION OF SUCH RULES AND REGULATIONS ENACTED BY THE DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY SERVICES IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Recommendation: It is recommended that the Council certify the continuing emergency and ratify such rules and regulations enacted by the Director of Emergency Services in response to COVID-19.

10. RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDMENT TO THE RESOLUTION ADOPTING SALARIES FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES, EXCLUDING THE CITY MANAGER

Recommendation: It is recommended that the Council adopt the attached Resolution ratifying an amendment to Resolution No. 20-13 approving changes to Atherton Salaries effective January 1, 2021 for unrepresented employees, excluding the City Manager.
11. AMENDMENTS TO THE TOWN’S HERITAGE TREE PRESERVATION STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS RELATED TO PLANNING COMMISISON TREE PROTECTION ZONE (TPZ) EXCEPTIONS

Recommendation: Approve amendments to the Town’s Heritage Tree Preservation Standards and Specifications (“HTR Standards and Specifications”) document related to Planning Commission Tree Protection Zone (TPZ) exceptions.
