This meeting is compliant with the Governors Executive Order N-25-20 issued on March 4, 2020 allowing for deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act. A.     Approval of Minutes from the November 5, 2020 Special EPC meeting.

Recommendation: Approve the minutes. 

5.                 REGULAR BUSINESS

A.    Discussion of a Proposed EPC Work Plan and Associated Review of the Prioritized List of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reduction Measures of the Climate Action Plan (CAP)

Recommendation: Receive presentation from staff, ask any follow up questions, discuss and provide direction to staff.

B.    Discuss Potential for Changes to the EPC Regular Meeting Schedule

Recommendation: Receive presentation from staff, ask any follow up questions, discuss and provide direction to staff.

C.    Student Volunteer/Intern on EPC

Recommendation: Receive presentation from staff, ask any follow up questions, discuss and provide direction to staff.

D.    Discuss Implementation of Approved Climate Action Plan (CAP) Greenhouse Gas Reduction Measures - Green Building Educational Materials

Recommendation: Receive presentation from staff, ask any follow up questions, discuss and provide direction to staff.

E.    Potential Earth Day / Community EPC Sponsored Event

Recommendation:  Discuss and provide direction to staff.

F.    Discussion Regarding Can I Recycle This App

Recommendation: Receive presentation from staff, ask any follow up questions, discuss and provide direction to staff.

6.          NEW BUSINESS

A.    Menlo Park and Sustainable San Mateo County Report Updates

Recommendation: Receive staff report and discuss.

7.                  SET/CONFIRM NEXT MEETING

A.    Review and Approve EPC Meeting Calendar for 2021

Recommendation: Approve the 2021 EPC Calendar.
