3. ATHERTON COVID-19 RESPONSE UPDATES
Report: City Manager, George Rodericks
Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council certify the continuing emergency, and ratify such rules and regulations enacted by the Director of Emergency Services in response to COVID-19.
Description: The item includes a written report to certify the continuing emergency, and ratify such rules and regulations enacted by the Director or Emergency Services in response to COVID-19. The Council may provide specific direction or comment regarding such rules and regulations.
4. ADOPT RESOLUTION AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A SIDE LETTER AGREEMENT WITH THE ATHERTON POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (APOA) TEMPORARILY LIFTING THE VACATION CAP AS OUTLINED IN RESOLUTION 19-10 APOA MOU SECTION 15, VACATION, IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
Report: Deputy City Manager / City Clerk, Anthony Suber
Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution ratifying an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding via Side Letter between the Town of Atherton and the Atherton Police Officers Association (APOA) regarding Section 15: Vacation.
Description: The item includes Council discussion and direction on adopting a resolution and approving an amendment to the Atherton Police Officer Association MOU to temporarily lift the vacation accrual maximum cap during the Shelter-in-Place order.
5. DISCUSSION OF LANDSCAPE AND GARDENING ACTIVITY; AND REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF CORRESPONDENCE TO THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO REGARDING THE CONTINUATION OF LANDSCAPING AND GARDENING ACTIVITY
Report: City Manager, George Rodericks
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Council discuss landscape and gardening activity; and review and approve the correspondence to the County of San Mateo regarding the continuation of landscaping and gardening activity.
Description: The City Council will discuss landscaping and gardening activity within Town and review and approve a letter from Council to San Mateo County requesting the County consider allowing these activities with reasonable working requirements and regulations.

Report: City Council Restart Subcommittee
Recommendation: This will be an oral report for informational purposes only.
Description: The Council will hear an oral report from the Restart Subcommittee.
7. TOWN CENTER ACTIVITY REPORT

Recommendation: This will be an oral report for informational purposes only.
Description: The City Council will receive an oral report and update on Town Center activity as it relates to the continuation of construction activity.
