4. REGULAR AGENDA A. Approval of Minutes from the February 28, 2019 EPC special meeting. Recommendation: Approve the minutes. B. Potential 2019 EPC Sponsored Event Recommendation: Discuss potential EPC sponsored event for 2019.
C. Discussion Regarding Leaf Blower Use in Town
Recommendation: Discuss use and possible restrictions of leaf blowers in Town.
D. Discussion on Revising Resolution No. 18-11 Governing Committees to Consider Increasing Number of Appointed EPC Members
Recommendation: Discuss, take action as necessary and/or provide direction to staff.
