2. PUBLIC COMMENTS (only for items that are not on the agenda - limit of 3 minutes per person) 3. COMMITTEE AND STAFF MEMBER COMMENTS 3. A. Discuss Implementation of Approved Climate Action Plan (CAP) Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reduction Measures. Recommendation: Receive an update from staff on implementation of GHG reduction measure efforts.
4. REGULAR AGENDA A. Approval of Minutes from the September 17, 2018 EPC meeting. Recommendation: Approve the minutes. B. Green Infrastructure Plan Development Consultant Participation Recommendation: Discuss participation in the consultant selection process for the development of the Town’s Green Infrastructure Plan and appoint a committee member to participate in the selection process. C. Discussion on Revising Resolution No. 18-11 Governing Committees to Consider Increasing Number of Appointed EPC Members Recommendation: Discuss, take action as necessary and/or provide direction to staff. D. Discussion on Position Letter from Town Regarding Nuclear Energies Recommendation: Discuss and provide direction to staff. E. Potential 2019 Earth Day Event Recommendation: Discuss potential Earth Day Event for 2019. 5. SET/CONFIRM NEXT MEETING A. Review and approve EPC meeting calendar for 2019. Recommendation: Approve the 2019 calendar.
