A.     Appointment of Committee Chair and Vice-Chair

Recommendation: Nominate and appoint a Chair and Vice-Chair. 

B.     Approval of Minutes from the August 21, 2018 EPC meeting.

Recommendation: Approve the minutes. 

C.     Discussion on Revising Resolution No. 18-11 Governing Committees to Consider Increasing Number of Appointed EPC Members

Recommendation: Discuss, take action as necessary and/or provide direction to staff.

D. Discussion on Position Letter from Town Regarding Nuclear Energies

Recommendation: Discuss and provide direction to staff.

E. Discuss Implementation of Approved Climate Action Plan (CAP) Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reduction Measures.

Recommendation: Discuss Green Building resources used by other jurisdictions and means of calculating carbon footprint for homeowners.
