2. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public Comment for items not on the agenda - 10 minutes

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES March 27, 2018 meeting minutes
May 22, 2018 Meeting was cancelled due to not having a quorum

       40 minutes 
i. Discussion of the location placement of the three fixed speed radar signs
Potential Locations:
A. Elena Avenue (Between Valparaiso and Park or Between Park and
B. Eastbound Selby Lane (Between Austin Ave. and Oakwood Ave.)
C. Another street with existing sharrows in place

ii. Discussion of enforcement and communication. – attached

iii. Approve the authorization of the BPAC chair to endorsement of a project for
    the Active Transportation Program Grant (ATP). ATP Grant applications are
    due to Caltrans by July 31, 2018.
The purpose of ATP is to encourage increased use of active modes of
transportation by achieving the following goals:

- Increase the proportion of trips accomplished by biking and walking,
- Increase safety and mobility for non-motorized users,
- Advance the active transportation efforts of regional agencies to
  achieve greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction goals, pursuant to SB 375
                                          (of 2008) and SB 341 (of 2009),
- Enhance public health,
- Ensure that disadvantaged communities fully share in the benefits of
  the program, and
- Provide a broad spectrum of projects to benefit many types of active
  transportation users.
