PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
PUBLIC COMMENT #1
A fundamental element of democracy is the right of citizens to address their elected representatives. Therefore under Public Comment #2, the public may address the Board/Council on any subject not listed on the Agenda. Each speaker may address the Board/Council for a limit of three minutes. The filing of speaker cards is not mandatory, but is helpful in creating an accurate record. The Board/Council cannot act on items not on the agenda and therefore the Board/Council cannot respond to non-agenda issues brought up under Public Comment other than to provide general information.
REGULAR AGENDA
The public may address the Board/Council on any subject listed on the Regular Agenda. Each speaker may address the Board/Council once for a limit of three minutes. The filing of speaker cards is not mandatory, but is helpful in creating an accurate record. Each speaker will be called upon to speak by the President/Mayor when the item is heard.
1. Community Education and Awareness
a. Discussion of Ways to Improve Community Education and Awareness Related To:
- Residential Address Numbering Improvements
- Designation of Local Assembly Points
- Designation/Maintenance of Local ADAPT Storage Caches
- Integration of Local HAM Radio Networks

a. Discussion of the Marsh Road Project and Future Issues - Bicycle/Pedestrian/Emergency Access
3. Transportation and Access
a. Discussion of the Town's Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan (NMTP):
i. Discussion of New "Sharrows" and Bicycle Paths
ii. Discussion of Roundabouts and Other Traffic Management Measures
iii. Discussion of El Camino Real Complete Streets Study
4. Future Needs
a. Discussion of the County's Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedic First Response Units (FRU) Medical Response JPA
b. Discussion of the District's Citygate Standards of Cover (SOC) Update and Insurance Services Office (ISO) Review
c. Discussion of District's Vision for Fire Station 3 Growth - 5/10/20 Years

ADJOURNMENT
The Board/Council may take action on any item on the agenda with the exception of Public Comment section. In compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, if you need special assistance to participate this meeting or if you need a copy of the agenda and/or agenda packet materials in alternative format, please contact the Clerk of the Board at 650-688-8400 or the Atherton City Clerk at 650-752-0529 during normal working business hours at least 48 hours prior to the meeting so that request can be handled.
