A. Approval of Minutes from the December 15, 2015 EPC
meeting
Recommendation: Approve the minutes.
Recommendation: Discuss potential date, location, time, event activities, and budget for a Town 2016 Earth Day event to be presented to the City Council for review and approval.

4. COMMITTEE AND STAFF MEMBER COMMENTS
City Council direction received at the January 13, 2016 study session on a partial 2016 EPC Work Plan and upcoming City Council study session on February 3, 2016 to consider complete 2016 EPC Work Plan.
5. SET/CONFIRM NEXT MEETING
The next regularly scheduled meeting is March 14, 2016.
