 A.     Approval of Minutes from the November 9, 2015 EPC meeting.

 Recommendation: Receive a final draft EPC Work Plan prepared by the appointed EPC Ad Hoc  Subcommittee which includes an overall policy statement, discuss the draft EPC Work Plan as a  Committee, and take action on a final draft EPC Work Plan which will be presented by the EPC Chair to the  City Council at the January 6, 2016 City Council study session.

             The next regularly scheduled meeting is proposed to be scheduled for January 11, 2016 at
             1:00 p.m. Discuss re-scheduling this meeting to January 25, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
