2. PUBLIC COMMENTS (only for items that are not on the agenda - limit of 3 minutes per person)
3. REGULAR AGENDA
A. Approval of Minutes from the September 14, 2015 EPC meeting.
Recommendation: Approve the minutes.
B. Presentation from Sustainable Silicon Valley (SSV) on the Net Positive Bay Area Initiative.
Recommendation: Receive the presentation from SSV, questions, answers, discussion.
C. Presentation from Home Energy Analytics (HEA) on the HEA Program.
Recommendation: Receive the presentation from HEA, questions, answers, discussion.
D. Preparation of an EPC Work Plan for November 2015 – June 2016.
Recommendation: Receive ideas from the EPC Chair and Vice-Chair and have further Committee discussion on items to integrate into an EPC Work Plan for November 2015 – June 2016 to present to the City Council for review and approval. Nominate and appoint one EPC member to present the final draft EPC work plan to the City Council at the January 6, 2016 City Council study session.
4. COMMITTEE AND STAFF MEMBER COMMENTS
A. Staff and Chair updates on City Council direction received on the EPC recommended draft Climate Action Plan (CAP) from November 4, 2015 City Council study session.
5. SET/CONFIRM NEXT MEETING
The next regularly scheduled meeting is proposed to be scheduled for January 11, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
