3. REGULAR AGENDA
A. Approval of Minutes from the July 27 and August 27, 2015 EPC meetings.
Recommendation: Approve the minutes from both meetings.
B. Discuss Draft Climate Action Plan (CAP) to present to City Council
Recommendation: Receive comments on the Draft CAP from an EPC Ad Hoc Subcommittee, continue review and discussion of the Draft CAP, and provide a final recommendation to the City Council.

The next regularly scheduled meeting is proposed to be scheduled for November 9, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
