A. Appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson
Recommendation: Nominate and vote on appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.
B. Discuss Draft Climate Action Plan (CAP) to present to City Council
Recommendation:, Receive comments on the Draft CAP from an EPC Ad Hoc Subcommittee on the Draft CAP, continue review and discussion of the Draft CAP, and provide a recommendation to the City Council.
C. Discussion of Items for Next Meeting; Preparation of Work Plan for November 2015 – June 2016.
Recommendation: Discuss items to consider integrating into an Environmental Programs Committee Work Plan for November 2015 – June 2016 to present to the City Council. A draft EPC work plan would be developed and presented by staff for discussion by the EPC at the next meeting of September 14, 2015.

The next regularly scheduled meeting is proposed to be scheduled for September 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
