18. AUTHORIZATION TO PREPARE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO DEVELOP A NEIGHBORHOOD TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Recommendation: Provide direction to staff regarding the request from the Atherton Transportation Committee to prepare a Request for Proposal to develop a Neighborhood Traffic Management Program
19. ADOPTION OF THE INITIAL STUDY/NEGATIVE DECLARATION, CONFIRMATION OF PRIORITY PROJECTS, AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE MASTER PLAN

1. Adopt the Initial Study/Negative Declaration;
2. Confirm the priority projects list; and
