The Town of Atherton launched an online and mobile application we call Access Atherton. This tool makes it simple to report non-emergency issues from a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer. The Town tracks these issues and provides updates as they are available and resolved. These issues are addressed during normal business hours, if the report is submitted on a holiday, weekend, or after hours, it will be addressed the next business day. Access Atherton uses the SeeClickFix tool/software below to help residents request assistance with Town services or report non-emergency issues, such as potholes, graffiti, broken sidewalks, traffic signal/sign problems, tree related issues and more.

The Town will acknowledge newly submitted issues and forward them to the appropriate Town departments to take care of the requests. You will receive email updates and can come back here to check the status of submitted issues. Separate issues should be submitted as separate SeeClickFix reports.
