Brides float down the wide expanse of flower-lined steps to exchange vows in the floral decorated arbor. Couples greets friends under the great oak on the patio, followed by an indoor/outdoor Pavilion reception. Dinner for up to 150 guests can be served in the Pavilion, and 250 can be seated for outdoor dining on the patio. The Main House, which can accommodate 70 in the living room for a ceremony, is also used for rehearsal dinners. For standup receptions, Park facilities can accommodate 150 inside and 250 when the patio is used. Park personnel will assist couples in planning their special day to create the memories of a lifetime. |

The fees listed above are based on a seven hour use period.The facility use fee is due and payable one month before the event. One or two hours for set-up, four or five hours for the event and one hour for cleanup. The building will not be opened before the time specified on the contract. For events running over seven hours, there is a charge of $100.00 per hour. Additional time may not be available, but if it is arrangements must be made with the Program Manager in advance. A Park employee will be available during your entire event. Park staff will set up the tables and chairs, the permit holder is responsible for the set-up and clean-up of all rental equipment and decorations. Rental equipment must either be removed after the event by the permit holder or placed in the storage area designated by park staff. Evidence of Liability Insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000, with the Town listed as additional insured, is required. |

A $1,000.00 deposit is required at the time of reservations. The deposit is fully refundable following the event if no damage is incurred and all fees have been paid in full. Refunds will be mailed approximately 30 days after your event. The deposit is separate from the facilities use fee. If the event is canceled, the amount refunded is based upon the length of notice given. |
