The large adjoining patio is often used for barbecues and cocktail receptions. A large patio area and walkway connect the building to the Main House and its patio area.
The Carriage House and Water Tower provide points of interest for Park visitors. The Water Tower dates from the 1870's; the Carriage House was built to replace the original barn that was destroyed by fire in 1896. The sturdy wood floors, windowpanes, moldings, and iron grills in the horse stalls have remained the same for over 100 years. The Carriage House is available for classes, dances, meetings, bridge and workshops. It seats 80 for lunch or dinner and 90 for meetings. The Meadow can be reserved with the building for outdoor events.
