The Park provides a restful alternative to hotel or restaurant sites, enabling companies or other groups to plan their own events and catering. Whether the goal is to motivate employees, honor an outstanding executive or visiting dignitary, or picnic with friends and families, Holbrook Palmer Park will convey the right impression. Organizations using the facilites have a wide range of catering options open to them from elegant catered affairs to deli sandwiches or "pot luck" dinners.
An ideal location for off-site meetings and corporate banquets, Holbrook-Palmer Park provides the secluded atmosphere of a country estate within one hour's drive of most Bay Area locations. Park personnel will assist by providing a list of meeting planners, caterers, and suppliers of audio-visual and other equipment needs. Serene views of the oak and elm studded park create an atmosphere conducive to creative thinking. During breaks, conference participants can enjoy the gardens and view the historic buildings.
Extensive patios and lawn areas expand the facilities and are used during most of the year. Picnics, dinner dances, receptions, birthday parties and other social gatherings take on a special flair when held in a park setting. Soccer, football, frisbee, baseball, kite flying and other sports add to the fun of a Holbrook-Palmer Park event.
Holbrook-Palmer Park is located between Middlefield Road and El Camino Real at 150 Watkins Avenue. From the Bayshore Highway 101, take the Marsh Road-Atherton Exit.

A security and damage deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of reservation. Full day bookings are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All events ending after 5:00 p.m. are charged the full day fee plus the evening hourly rate. A meeting of four hours or less held between eight and five is considered a half day meeting. Evening meetings are charged the full day rate plus a supervisory fee.
The buildings will not be open before the time specified on the contract. The buildings do not open until 7:30 a.m. Events held at the Park Sunday through Thursday must end by 10:00 p.m. and clean-up must be completed by 11:00 p.m.
Park staff will set up the tables and chairs and all equipment rented through the Park Office. The permit holder is responsible for the set up and clean up of all outside rental equipment and decorations.
Proof of liability insurance will be required, with the Town named as additional insured, in the amount of $1,000,000.00.
