Special Council Meetings

The City Council has two special meetings next week.

The first will be held on Tuesday, Feb., 27 at 8AM to discuss a financial contribution to Caltrain for design change on electrification poles. The second will be held all day on Feb. 28 for a field trip to the City of Lakewood to see the cities water capture facility projects.

Easter Egg Hunt

Please join the Friends of Holbrook-Palmer Park for the annual East egg event, where children 10 and under hunt for thousands of treat filled eggs and meet the Easter

Location: Holbrook-Palmer Park
Hunt starts at 10:00 a.m. SHARP

Parking is limited and walking or carpooling is encouraged!

$10 per person at the Gate - Children under 12 months free
All proceeds benefit the Holbrook-Palmer Park Foundation

Friends of Holbrook-Palmer Park are looking for volunteers to help set up, manage and clean up after the event. Also, looking for food donations, candy, toy prizes, and sponsors. All donations are tax-deductible.

Middlefield Road Bike Lanes Meeting

As part of the Town’s ongoing efforts to improve safety and implement the Town’s Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan, the Town has prepared a preliminary layout for the proposed bicycle lane improvements along Middlefield Road between Jennings Lane and Ringwood Avenue.

Construction is scheduled for the Summer of 2018.

Please join us to learn more about the proposed plan and give us your input in a collaborative effort to improve roadway safety along Middlefield Road.
