Earth Day Survey

Recently, the City Council held a special study session to authorize the Environmental Programs Committee (EPC) to plan and prepare for the Town’s 2016 Earth Day event. The EPC is in the planning stages of putting together a kid-friendly Earth Day event focused on community education and awareness with vendors and guest speakers using existing resources. It is anticipated that the event will include numerous educational booths with various agencies and vendors providing educational information and a student competition with prize giveaways. The EPC meets tomorrow at 4pm in the Town's Administrative Conference room to continue planning for the event.

A pre-event survey to residents is being distributed in order to collect feedback as we plan the Earth Day Event scheduled for Sunday, May 15, from 11 am to 4 pm. To take the survey click here.
