Public Outreach Assistance

The Town, in conjunction with the Civic Center Advisory Committee (CCAC) and the Town’s Civic Center Architects (WRNS Studios, LLP), will kick off a series of community meetings to present updated schematics of the new Civic Center Project.

The CCAC currently has an ad-hoc committee of CCAC members who focus public outreach for the project. The ad-hoc committee is looking to add up to three resident members to assist with public outreach. If interested please contact me at tdellasanta@ci.atherton.ca.us or by phone 650-752-0529.

New Atherton Dispatcher

Late last month the Police Department welcomed their newest Dispatcher, Sharon Koehler. Sharon brings a wealth of dispatcher training and experience from multiple
agencies. She came to us from the city of Foster City where she worked as a Dispatcher and Records Specialist. Sharon also served as a per diem Dispatcher for the City of Burlingame and as a Communications Records Officer for the City of Millbrae.

Sharon will be sworn in by Chief Flint at Wednesday night's City Council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m.

No Lines at Atherton Post Office

Skip those extra long holiday lines at the Post Office.

Come to Atherton Town Hall at 91 Ashfield Road and use our contract post office station. We provide all services except overnight services and International packages. We do allow International letters.

We carry Stamps too! We sell them in sheets of 20. (No Rolls available here).

We only accept Cash and Checks.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm.
